To qualify all entrants must have a handicap index and have at least 4 General Play or Competition scores in their WHS records in the previous 12 months.

Bridgnorth Golf Club are responsible for your online website transaction. Credit card details are entered on a secured page and details are transferred using SSL, we do not retain this information. The online booking is managed using the Online Booking Software provided by BRS Systems. The payment transaction is processed using SagePay who handle the credit card transaction in a highly secure environment and requires CVV2/CVC2 verification.

You may cancel a booking by contacting us please provide all booking details. Any money taken by us will be refunded according to the following conditions:

• Cancellation more than two weeks before event: full refund.
• Cancellation less that two weeks before the event, or failure to cancel: no refund.

If you wish to cancel please make every effort to find an alternative player to fill your place and let us know. In the event of cancellation by Bridgnorth Golf Club prior to play we will provide you with a rearranged date, entry in another Open or offer a GreenFee voucher. If an Open is curtailed during play due to weather then no alternative will be offered.
